With over 25 years of clinical experience spanning emergency medicine, primary care, and addiction treatment, he combines medical expertise with lived experience to drive meaningful change.

As a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Hometown Family Medical Centers, PLLC, Dr. Brown is restoring the trusted role of the small-town doctor, delivering comprehensive care to underserved communities. His work unites primary care, mental health, and substance use disorder treatment, ensuring that patients receive holistic, evidence-based care close to home.

In addition to his clinical leadership, Dr. Brown serves as CEO of The Rural Health Clinic Consulting Group, providing expert guidance to healthcare organizations nationwide on expanding access to integrated, federally certified Rural Health Clinics (RHCs).
